Miss Carter and Mrs Wyatt took 4 brave children to represent the school in the National Mathematics Inter-School Quiz Championship. Although they were only in Years 3 and 4, and competing against teams from Years 5 and 6, they managed to score over 1000 points!
The competition organiser was so impressed with their mathematical knowledge and their positive attitude that he gave them a special mention. They got a huge round of applause from the audience who were very surprised that they had managed to answer so many questions correctly.
