Year 6 Sailing Trip

Year 6 visited the West Reservoir in Stoke Newington where they spent the day on the water in the beautiful autumn sunshine. The morning involved learning how to canoe while the afternoon saw them sail yellow toppers. It was great to see everyone learn new skills, work collaboratively and develop their self-confidence – all of which will benefit them greatly in the coming months. Having managed to avoid falling overboard all day, they couldn’t resist getting wet at the end and some decided to jump in!
