This has been another busy but exciting week at The Lyceum, and we would like to share with you some photographs from Tuesday night’s Dukes Festival of Arts at the Royal Festival Hall in celebration of Dukes’ 10th Anniversary!
All our Year 5 & 6 children had the opportunity and privilege to perform as part of the massed choir for Dukes with some other 900 children. This was a memorable experience which will stay with them for the rest of their lives.
We also had the pleasure of supporting Marco, in Year 6, performing in the Dukes’ Young Musician of the Year final. Although he did not win the competition, he should be very proud of how brilliantly he performed, and he wowed the whole audience at this esteemed venue. As his Headmaster, I could not have been more proud of his achievements and the way he has conducted himself throughout this competition.
We are also delighted to share some photos of our Art Captain Alba’s artwork, which was on display in the Royal Festival Hall.
